We are a fast-growing real estate advisory and brokerage firm in Dubai, working with international investors. In just our first year, we’ve built a profitable business with an international team, and now we’re looking for a Head of Research & Investment Insights to become the brain of our firm and set the global benchmark for Dubai real estate analysis.
This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and build what will become the most respected knowledge function in the industry.
What You’ll Do
- Own and continuously refine macro market models: supply-demand dynamics, demographic drivers, macroeconomic impact on Dubai real estate
- Analyze individual projects and developers from an investment perspective: reliability, pricing fairness, appreciation potential, rental yield projections, and risk assessment
- Produce consulting-level reports and presentations that become the backbone of our client advisory, sales pitches, and marketing content
- Lead and grow a knowledge & analytics team, starting with one direct report and scaling as the business grows.
- Work directly with the CEO (ex-BCG, ex-banker)
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of handling complex data and turning it into insight
- Background in strategy consulting, investment analysis, or macroeconomic analysis (MBB / Tier 2 consulting, Big 4 Transaction Advisory, investment funds, or similar)
- Mastery of PowerPoint / consulting-style slides: ability to produce sharp, structured, and visually persuasive output
- Comfort with quantitative modeling (Excel) and the ability to project scenarios under uncertainty
- Able to thrive in a high-growth, founder-led startup environment
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
- Full-time and fully remote role
